Project Concept / Design a Central Utility plant that reflects the mechanical equipment within and the industrial nature of the building. The structural module of the building was determined by the number and size of the boilers. The facades are thoughtfully composed of glass, steel, cmu and metal panel. The design hopes to carry forward an architectural expression and quality of many inspired American industrial/utility buildings located all around the country.
