Project Concept / Develop an expansion building for Starbucks existing headquarters that reflects their brand strategy and relates to their existing campus. The building was also approached as a spec office building in case future needs including selling the building. This project required extensive review meetings with the Pioneer Square Design review Board assuring that its character integrated with the Pioneer Square development guidelines.
